| Mixed Vegetable with Duo Rice ‘n Pasta | | Ingredients (serves 5)
| 1 large |
red pepper |
| 1 large |
green pepper |
| 2-3 |
spring onions |
| 2-3 tablespoons |
sunflower oil |
| 250 g |
bali Duo Rice'n Pasta |
| 250 ml |
stock |
| 2-3 tablespoons |
chopped herbs |
Preparation
Halve the peppers and remove white parts, wash and cut them into strips. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry peppers, add stock and bali Duo and let simmer for about 8 minutes in closed pan. Mix with chopped spring onions and chopped herbs and season with salt. |
